Usual lead times are one week. When possible we like to accomodate rush orders as well. 24hr turnover is subject to a 50% rush fee.

We work by appointment only. But don’t worry, there are no long wait times and booking is very flexible.

You pay in full upon pick-up of your item(s). Payment can be completed with payconiq, transfer or cash.

The answer is it depends. Leather garments are usually no issue. Thick leathers, such as those used in bags and accessories, may present problems. If you’re unsure, please share an image of your item via email.

In 99% of cases it is. Just bring it to your appointment and we will find a solution.
Bridal FAQ’s

You’re always welcome to send in pictures of your dress and describe the alteration your belive need to happen. Based on this, we can give you a rough estimate. However, the actual price of the alteration depends a lot on the construction of your dress, therefore it will only be final once we see the dress in person.

We advise you to contact us as soon as you have your dress. Time gets tighter as the big day comes up, so there’s no harm in checking this off your list.

This entirely depends on the amount of alterations that need to be done. In most cases it is 2-3 fittings, but it can also be as many as 6. We will guide you on this and the timeline of your alterations at your intake fitting.

This is a common concern amongst brides. If you believe your weight will dramatically change before your wedding, we suggest you only start the alterations process 2-3 months before the big day. It is normal to fluctuate a little and small differences in weight don’t make a big impact in most dresses. It is always possible to re-alter the dress if your body changes unexpectedly.

For bridal alterations, we require a 50% deposit at the end of your first fitting and the remaining 50% upon pick up of your dress. Payment can be completed with payconiq, transfer or cash.

We recommend you dry-clean your dress about 3 weeks before the wedding, after the alterations are completed. We’re happy to provide recommendations in Antwerp.
